We’ve been lucky to work with many government accounts over the years at the local, state and Federal level. Government work, whether commercial or property management requires scrupulous attention to detail in navigating not only occupied spaces, but paperwork! Our firm has significant experience working with and adapting to California employment laws and regulations for public projects. As the California Department of Industrial Relations has evolved, we’ve followed by attending seminars and classes to ensure we are always in compliance with public works laws. This has allowed us to develop trusted relationships with government clients and accounts that has led to continuous work in this sector.
Our technicians are paramount to our success on government job sites. Specifically because they are often occupied (i.e. airports, schools, government offices that do not shutter to the public). Oftentimes this work requires our technicians to perform work in highly secure areas which demand security clearances. We’re proud of their eagerness to always develop themselves professionally, and instead of being dissuaded by this specific work, they’ve risen to every occasion and performed outstanding and often technical work.
One of our most challenging government projects to date has been the re-carpeting of Boarding Area C in Terminal 1 at the San Francisco International Airport.
