THE PRESIDIO TRUST

The Presidio Trust represents a diverse community of residential and commercial spaces. There are approximately 1,100 residential units and up to 2 million square feet of workspace.

Everything from dormitory-style housing to grand homes resides there. This diversity requires a wide variety of floor coverings. The portfolio of projects we have worked on has allowed us to explore the following floor covering installations: linoleum, linoleum tile, vinyl, vinyl plank, carpet, carpet tile, and wood floor restorations and installations.

The Presidio is a jewel in the national park system. The Trust which is tasked with administering and preserving it is a unique Federal agency created by the President. It requires a high level of customer service, quality, and professionalism to work there. We've been proud to be a key vendor for over 20-years.
